1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sukoon mobile application and website (sukoonquran.com). By downloading, installing, or using Sukoon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your License to Use Sukoon

Sukoon is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may read, listen, and reflect freely. You may not resell the app, redistribute its downloaded audio as your own, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer its services.

3. Quran Content and Accuracy

We take the accuracy of the Quranic text, recitations, and tajweed seriously, and rely on trusted sources. Even so, no software is infallible.

For memorization, recitation in prayer, or any matter of religious ruling, please rely on a printed certified Mushaf and qualified scholars. Sukoon is a companion, not a substitute for them.

4. Prayer Times, Qibla, and Athkar

Prayer times and qibla direction are calculated estimates based on your location, the calculation method you choose, and your device sensors. They can vary with settings and hardware.

Please confirm them with your local mosque or a trusted local authority, especially for the start of prayer and for fasting.

5. Third-Party Content

Sukoon streams and displays audio, text, translations, and commentary from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the availability or content of those services, and their use may be subject to their own terms.

6. Voluntary Support

Sukoon is free. If you choose to support it through an in-app tip, that support is a voluntary donation. It does not unlock features and is generally non-refundable, except where required by the app store or applicable law. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Quran is the word of Allah and belongs to no one. The Sukoon name, design, and original code are the property of the developer. Fonts, recitations, and data provided by third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their licenses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sukoon is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content fetched from third parties will always be available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Sukoon is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the app, including reliance on calculated prayer times or third-party content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The latest version is always available on this page.

1. قبول الشروط

تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه استخدامك تطبيق سكون وموقعه (sukoonquran.com). بتنزيلك أو تثبيتك أو استخدامك سكون، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن لم توافق، فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. رخصة الاستخدام

يُقدَّم سكون لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري. يمكنك القراءة والاستماع والتدبّر بحرية. ولا يجوز لك إعادة بيع التطبيق، أو إعادة توزيع الملفات الصوتية المنزّلة على أنها ملكك، أو محاولة تعطيل خدماته أو عكس هندستها.

3. محتوى القرآن ودقّته

نحرص على دقّة النص القرآني والتلاوات وأحكام التجويد، ونعتمد مصادر موثوقة. ومع ذلك، لا يخلو أي برنامج من احتمال الخطأ.

للحفظ أو التلاوة في الصلاة أو أي مسألة شرعية، يُرجى الاعتماد على مصحف مطبوع معتمد وعلى أهل العلم الموثوقين. فسكون رفيق، لا بديل عنهم.

4. مواقيت الصلاة والقبلة والأذكار

مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة تقديرات محسوبة بناءً على موقعك وطريقة الحساب التي تختارها ومستشعرات جهازك، وقد تختلف باختلاف الإعدادات والأجهزة.

يُرجى تأكيدها مع مسجدك المحلي أو جهة موثوقة، خاصة لدخول وقت الصلاة وللصيام.

5. محتوى الطرف الثالث

يبثّ سكون ويعرض صوتاً ونصاً وتراجم وتفاسير من مصادر خارجية. ولسنا مسؤولين عن توفّر تلك الخدمات أو محتواها، وقد يخضع استخدامها لشروطها الخاصة.

6. الدعم الاختياري

سكون مجاني. وإن اخترت دعمه عبر تبرّع داخل التطبيق، فذلك تبرّع اختياري لا يفتح مزايا إضافية، وغير قابل للاسترداد عموماً إلا حيث يوجب ذلك متجر التطبيقات أو القانون المعمول به. وتُعالَج المدفوعات عبر آبل أو جوجل وفق شروطهما.

7. الملكية الفكرية

القرآن كلام الله ولا يملكه أحد. أما اسم سكون وتصميمه وشِفرته الأصلية فهي ملك للمطوّر. وتبقى الخطوط والتلاوات والبيانات المقدَّمة من أطراف أخرى ملكاً لأصحابها، وتُستخدم وفق تراخيصها.

8. إخلاء الضمانات

يُقدَّم سكون "كما هو" و"حسب توفّره"، دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. ولا نضمن أن يكون بلا انقطاع أو بلا أخطاء، ولا أن يبقى المحتوى المجلوب من أطراف أخرى متوفراً دائماً.

9. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل مطوّر سكون أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو عرضية تنشأ عن استخدامك التطبيق، بما في ذلك الاعتماد على المواقيت المحسوبة أو محتوى الأطراف الأخرى.

10. التغييرات على الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطوّر التطبيق. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني قبولك الشروط المعدّلة. وتتوفر أحدث نسخة دائماً على هذه الصفحة.
